Is there any sample reference RF boards for 15 GHz?

Currenly, I'm working on our RF project frequency up-to 15 GHz for our application, we are little concern about the impedance matching, track width, signal trace routing from top to middle layer, trace matching to IC Leads. if there is any websites to see the sample RF PCB board

There‘s no “sample” design. It depends on components, interconnects, etc. Any “sample” would be irrelevant to a specific design. There are design parameters that define impedance, etc. There’s no single design; you can have a thin dielectric between layers with narrow traces, or thick dielectric with wide traces giving the same impedance (I might have that backwards, but you get the point).

you might also want to invest in some analysis tool like Hyperlynx that will give you the answers you’re looking for.

Not 15GHz, but on the net are available tons of pictures and examples of PCBs of satellite receive LNB's working on Ku band (about 12.7GHz).
