Hi sir, I am a student studying digital design

I only have experience implementing 8-bit MCU while reading a book before.(cisc mcu)

I want to learn through 16bit or 32bit MCU implemented with RISC-V ISA, but I can't find the code....

Are there any websites or books with resources on RISC-V MCUs?

Solution
@Collang2 ,
I want to learn through 16bit or 32bit MCU implemented with RISC-V ISA, but I can't find the code....
There are two different things things...
1. You learn how the RISC-V works
2. You learn how to implement the RISC-V ISA using RTL

Have you looked here? - https://riscv.org/risc-v-learn-online/
As I see all you wanted is available there.

I do not see any better way than joining the community and going through their tutorials.
