Does anyone know if any transistor exists that displays I-V curve symmetry - ie, for a given gate bias a certain positive drain voltage results in a positive drain current, and the same drain voltage but negative results in the same negative drain current. That is, the positive quadrant of the I-V curve is reflected in the negative quadrant.
I have investigated HEMT and HBT devices but these do not display this symmetry. Do MOS devices?

Re: Devices

FET’s has this kind of behavior (negative drain current for negative drain voltage), but the characteristic is not symmetrical with the one in the positive quadrant.
