is it possible to modulate AM or any modulation in Ghz

Is it possible to modulate any modulation in Ghz using simulink in matlab.
i was tried this but i am not able to set the sampling frequency..

plz help..if any one done plz provide the interconnection blocks.

I'm not aware of any hard coded parameter limits in Matlab, but may be, they exist.

Because Matlab isn't dealing with electrical signals, an arbitrary frequency scaling can be a trivial workaround.l
