It's rather a three phase choke than a transformer. It will show very unpleasant behaviour with asymetrical loads. With symmetrical load, you get half voltage (related to the windings ratio) at each secondary winding. You can short one secondary and get full output at the other secondary. You can imagine it as two transformers with series connected primary windings.
