Is it possible to build this type transformer??

HELLO...JUST ASKING, IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUILD THIS TYPE OF TRANSFORMER..JUST HAD IT IN MIND THOUGH...sorry if this make nonsense... own transformer.png
 

It's rather a three phase choke than a transformer. It will show very unpleasant behaviour with asymetrical loads. With symmetrical load, you get half voltage (related to the windings ratio) at each secondary winding. You can short one secondary and get full output at the other secondary. You can imagine it as two transformers with series connected primary windings.
