Is it possible to boot from pendrive while instaling Windows XP?

Most of the time when I had installed XP in my computer I used to boot from CD.Now I want to boot from pendrive. Is it possible to boot from pendrive while instaling the XP.

One of my friend shows that LINUX can be installed using Pendrive....Can same method can be apply for windows XP

If ur mother board supports booitng frm usb devices u shd hav no problem. to check go to bios and check the options under boot

Better it is simple **broken link removed**. It is a lot of helpful information on creating bootable disks.
