Hello everyone,

I had developed an IP block which i will reuse this block for future design.

In order to save time for future development, i would like to generate

library for this block. Library file include *db, *.lib, *lef file.

Does anyone have experience in this?

Which synopsys or cadence tool did u use to generate those file?

Thanks.

use library generation tool

You can create the LEF files with the 'abstract' tool. Encounter should be able to export a .lib for a block. To create a .db from a .lib, I think you need to use library compiler.

If you want to generate .lib, u need Library Compiler..
LEF--> Abstract genarator..

what is .db?...
