inverse chebyshev passive filter LC

Hi. I want to make a synthesis of an analog passive filter using inverse chebyshev parameters. I consult some books:

- Analog Filters Using MATLAB
- analog and digital filter design
- Electronic Filter Design Handbook
- Passive Active and Digital Filters
- Practical Analog and Digital Filter Design

but there is nothing about how to calculate the inverse chebyshev passive parameters values.
In an old topic it’s said that Lawrence P. Huelsman book (Active and passive analog filter design) is the best.

Please can you help me by sending paper, part of this book or any link about what I’m looking for..
