hi.!!!!!!!!
can anyone give me detailed explanation that how the data is stored in memories internally.
what is the machanism inside the memory elements to store data?????????????????????

i mean how a song or a photo is stored, where they are converted to binary format and stored
and where it get stored like whether in series of transistors or else????????

There's a flash memory chip. It works just like EEPROM. Memory cells are floating (surrounded by electrical insulator) gate transistors. Their value is changed according to voltage supply (like 5v=1 and 0v=0). And all cells have either 1 or 0 value and binary codes are made. This is how memory card writes and stores date.
