However, for most cases a simple resistos divisor arrangement pretty suffice.

For IOs: * absolute maximum ratings of IO. * VIL, * VIH, * VOL * VOH I think no person can have all those values for all devices in mind, therefore it is necessary to read the datasheets. Klaus
