please do send me the circuit diagram of interfacing sy-hs220 with pic16f877a using signal conditioning....???
 

Firstly, which voltage of reference you'll be used?
because if supply voltage (Vdd) you'll must do a voltage divider (I think that it's good idea), or if not, you must connect appropriate voltage to Vref+, Vref-.
If you select Vref = Vdd, you can connect pin W:Vout in the SY-HS with pin ANx in the PIC (x is noumber of port, for example: AN0, AN1, AN2...) by voltage divider.
In SY-HS B it's GND and R is Vcc 5V.
I don't written how connect supply to PIC because I think that it you know.
