hey!
how to interface a +5V buzzer with IC 89S52.
someone suggested me to use two bc547 npn transistor.
this is its schematic.

i want to know basically what is this circuit doing?

ohk ! that means it can also be controlled with one transistor.
but what if we use two transistor as shown in the circuit.

Its buzzer you dont need two transistors. You can use second transistor if you have different voltages for buzzer and uC or something similar.

ok may be the circuit i was provided with was wrong or was for other purpose.
anyway i got your point.
thank you

There are two types of buzzer.
1) Give Supply and get sound
2) Give Pulses and get sound.
