why all electrical appliances are connected in parallel?
I mean why should we want to connect in such a way that all've same POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE
and not CURRENT?
First reason is to have same voltage for all appliances next reason is in series connection even if one appliance doesnt work other appliance connected in series does not work. Hope u understand
Thnx dear.
It means it is possible to connect in series some of the appliances at will.
then what'l be with mentioned minimum operating voltage?
Regards,
In series you cannot predit the voltage that would be supplied to the appliance of ur interest as it depends on the resistance of other appliances connected .
Try connecting two lights in series you will observe that in series connection they will provide only half the light compared to parallel connection. As overall resistance in series connection will get added overall current will also reduce. Every electrical equipment needs specified voltage to operate on.
