intelligent digital speed control system for a small trunk

hi..
i m new from here. By the way, i m doing a small intelligent small trunk. A Peripheral Interface Controller (PIC) microcontroller is being used to control the small trunk. This system is able to drive the small trunk with a constant speed during uphill or downhill. It should able to adjust the rotation of the motor automatically throughout the journey regardless of the change of hill steepness or load carried.
during the process, i facing a problem which is how to use a PIC 16F877 to derive a program to generate a signal and input to the DAC..
somebody can help me about this problem..
