I have recently bought 845GLVA main board the problem is the onboard sound card is not working I can't see it in Bios setup, Aslo if any one could help to fix this problem plz let me know

The operative system (linux, windows, other) detects the onboard sound card?

1. If yes, may be this is a driver problem. Go to www.intel.com and search for it. I recommend you see the exact mainboard model you have.

2. If no, purchase another sound card and put it in one of the pci slots available.
