Hi,
I wanna simmulate a planar inductor.
Normally planar inductors are made of several metal layers conected together by vias.
The inductance value is quite easy to estimate, but Q isn't.
I wanna know if there is any sofware (Ansoft HFSS, for instance) that accurately simulates the substrate leaks, so giving a good approximation of the inductor Q.
