Integrated H-Bridge

Hi

I'm looking for an integrated H-bridge capable to drive at least 10A.
is there any IC for this task??

Re: Integrated H-Bridge

You could use a mechanic relay for a huge 10 A!

It is easy to make it with only 1 relay, it's the kind of relay which have 8 pins.

The image can't be shown I wonder why. That is the image link:

Re: Integrated H-Bridge

One option is to employ just power module such as the MSK3004, MSK3002 ..

Alternatively you can consider the MSK4203 H-BRIDGE PWM MOTOR DRIVER/AMPLIFIER:

Re: Integrated H-Bridge

Actually I'm using a double relay to change direction and a power mosfer or another relay to switch on and off motor current. Problem is that relays, expecially when i use 2, generate a lot of noises and disturb my control logic.
when i use only one relay everything works fine but i intendet to remove also this relay.

i'm considering MSK series it is interesting.

Waht do you think about IR3220 from International Rectifier? i think it could be a good solution, only 7 amperes unfortunately.
