INTALLING THE DLPortIO.dll,c++builder6 and the OCXfile in XP

To all members of the board
I have a problem installing the DLPortIO driver and the OCX file
Idon't understand what it means to Install the ActiveX (OCX) component.
You need to install DLPortIOX.ocx into your system with a RegSvr32.exe utility:
regsvr32.exe DLPortIOX.ocx
Cand any one help me.

I have successfuly install the DLPortIO.DLL as describe in the user manual and i have also install the c++Builder6 component until i can see it on my component pallet.
When i try to run the test files in the Driver Zip folder, I get error.
please help.
