Have you tested with 32bit Win7 or 64bit Vista?
Does this problem occur on 64bit systems only?

Does your computer synchronize time with a network time server (which might have malfunctioned)?

Did you try to manually set a date and time on your?

Manual setting TimeZone change may also be a reason in some cases.

no
i have not.

i cchanched the time to 2011 and ADS worked.
but i have some problem with the time!

That means when you installed ADS, the date was advanced and when you corrected the date after installation, it thought based upon some dummy file it had created, that the license had been tempered with.

no no no

when i installed ADS the date was correct, but ADS didn't work beacuse of this message:system clock has been set back.

then i changed the date to 2011, and ADS worked.

but i want to solve problem and make ADS proper for 2010.
this is the problem

Have you been able to find the first possible date after your installation, when running ADS was possible. Is the difference in days?

i think it is because of some file that have wrong creation time (e.g. 2011)
and it seems that i must delete them.

what do you think about it?
