Input power filter calaculation

Please any one explain me the use of input inductor L1 and capacitors c1,c2,c3,c4 . what are the filter dimensions for this. what would be the default mode of operation of C5 (Open mode?).

please can any one explain the use in detailed.

Hi,

the input filter with the L is a low pass filter in both directions.
It prevents HF to travel from board in direction of battery and also the opposite direction.

The values can´t be explained, because we don´t have the information to do so.
No information about switching frequency, or motor current and so on.
