Innoswitch FWD pin clamp

Hi,
The INN3675C flyback controller has a FWD pin which detects when the secondary coil is "discharged", thus then ordering the primary FET to come ON.
The thing is, we have 100's of transformers which are np/ns = 4.42. At 265VAC input, the leakage ring may mean overvoltaging the FWD pin. (FWD pin is only rated to 150V max)
As such, we wish to clamp the FWD pin with the attached ringed cctry.
Do you think this will be OK?
Power.com have not yet commented on this.
As long as it doesnt give a delay to the voltage at FWD pin , then it will be OK......the Innoswitch detects when the FWD pin raises above vout...it then orders the primary fet to come on.
