information for scanned document

Hello friends,

I need the matlab program for preprocessing part and image segment part of
scanned documents (i.e. the script).

Preprocessing part-
1. finding skew angle using hough transform for scanned scripts
2. skew correction

Image segmentation:
1. Horizontal projection profile of scanned script
