Info on Substrate Integrated Waveguide needed

will appreciate it if someone could advice on how i should start on Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW). Plan to design some Ka band filters with it...

as i know, there are many good works jointly done by the PolyGrames and the chinese state key laboratory of millimeter-waves. You can search Prof. Ke Wu and Prof. Wei Hong in IEEEXPLORE for more information.
