Infinium HP 54845 A in need of repair.

I`m trying again if somebody can advise me on how to repair this unit. It fails on self test on Trigger Level, Pattern Trigger and Timebase. I need detailed schematis for the acqusition assembly. The service manual is to no help. It has only block diagrams. Or find replasement for this acqusition assembly. It`s going on the second year and my HP 54845 A is still just sitting around collecting dust.
