i.i need a help on how to write a industry standard testbench for my project i
2.Is there any e books available or some other materials what is the standard procedure to be followed

Sure, VMM is a published standard for developing testbenches. See www.vmm-sv.org. Also see www.systemverilog.us for a new, upcoming book on the same topic.

There have also been few other initiatives such as eRM, AVM (Mentor) - but they are not published as books, eRM is properitary. Also VMM has been in wide use for several years now (as it is derived from RVM, there have been several SNUG papers on this).
