Is it possible to calculate this in CST? Is there an example?

if you know the change in B in the centre of the CST as a result of the pulse then yes.
--- Updated ---

if the pulse is far away there will be a small effect due to cancellation from symmetry ....
--- Updated ---

there will be more effect from the wires and diodes etc leading to and from the CST ...

I found similar works, but I do not understand which of the solvers solves this?

Here in the picture, one port models a lightning discharge. What characteristics should it have?
The port imitating free space, it is clear that it has Z0 = 376 Ohm.
How should the cable be modeled in this case? What tool in CST is it drawn with?
