independs on temperature variations

currently i am working on PTAT current generator, so i would like to ask question about PTAT current generator
1)is it PTAT current generator independent on temperature variations?
2)if independent then how ?
plz give me the solutions

In cmos transistor ,is it saturation current is varied by temperature variation
if temperature variation occurs in cmos transistor then saturation current decrease or increases
plz explain me
