Indentifying remote control for toys. Please help

I am designing remote control for toys. The operation frequency is 27 Mhz. The problem is that the boss want me to identify between each toys. Means that each transmitter working only with one receiver. I think we need a transmitter IC which can encode the signal and receiver IC wich can understande the encode signal from transmitter. The IC should have at least two or three channels for forward, backward motion, etc.The frequency can vary different from 27 Mhz( other frequency), it is not important.

Take a look at the Holtek Encoder / Decoder chips; they should do what you need.

Yes, these look pretty much similar to the Holtek chips, should serve you well.
