hi dear friends,
Does anyone know how it's possible to import hspice model file eg. 0.18um into ADS and run simulation in ADS?
I have ADS2002

i wonder whether the model is compatible.

hi,
I'm sure it's possible but i don't know how cry:

import a transistor model ads

from file menu , import , select netlist , and then select netlist type "hspice"

ADS will convert the Hspice model into a model compatible with ADS simulations
