Dear Alturist,
I have simulated and exported (S2P file) a microstrip reflector unit cell from Ansys HFSS. Now, I want to import this S2P file in Cadence virtuoso. Can anyone explain which steps should I need to follow to do this.

From my knowledge, I know that analogLib contains two port components like n2port. This can be used for the s2p file export. But I don't know how to do this. I would be highly grateful if anyone can explain all the crucial steps.

Understand things correctly.
Use correct terminology.

You can never import S2P file to Cadence virtuoso, since Cadence Virtuoso is design frame work.
However Cadence ViVA can open S2P file directly by result browser.

What simulator do you use in Cadence Virtuoso ?
If you use Cadence Spectre, see "spectre -h nport".

You can never import S2P file in Cadence Virtuoso.
Understand things correctly.
S2P file is related to Spectre's primitive "nport".
It is never an import to Cadence Virtuoso.
See netlist and understand it.
