I need to implement a buffer. I have a micro outputting a digital signal into a dac IC and out from the dac I need buffer the signal for current boost. Just need to know how to create a simple buffer.

A simple op amp buffer is a voltage follower. (look it up) Connect the output to the inverting input, feed the signal to the non-inverting input. You will need a resistor to ground on the non-inverting input for bias.
Op-Amps are not that fast! Better check the output signal with a scope to make sure you are not getting slew rate limiting.
