Hello,
We need to implement DPCM Transmitter and receiver in fpgas using VHDL programming,in that prediction filter is crucial and the input to that is a real time sampled version of speech signal.
Is it really possible,if yes how to find the coefficients of prediction filter.
Please help me as quickly as possible.
