that is voltage divider???

You are right. You can call it a voltage divider since we can represent also the preamplifier output as a voltage source (10*10mV) with a series resistor of 5K.

The fact is that I personally like seeing (in my mind) the collector output as a current source instead (Ic=Ib*hfe) in parallel with Rc (or Zc in general).

Both methods give the same result which is the most important to know :)
