I Have Infineon IGBT installed in battery charger/Discharger. i Have 6 IGBT to invert DC to 3 phase. now when i power up the charger one IGBT get explosion. i have change damaged IGBT and control board, power on again get the same IGBT explosion and other one also. i have checked contactor on the ac side found one missing phase.

i need to know the reason of explosion. i don't know if the contactor is the reason of that or explosion make the contactor faulty.

attached charger wiring.

Contactors KM1& KM2 each one have missing phase.

IGBT IG5, IM5 damaged twice.

IGBT IG3, IM3 damage in the second time.
