Hi, anyone did extensive reaserch on those 3 brothers? Which one is suitable for RFIC design? spiral inductor design?
 

There is no answer to that. There is nothing like the ideal simulator.
For RFIC design, for example, you might want to use a 2D, 2.5D AND 3D simulator for specific details in your circuit.
Each has its unique advantages and disadvantages which are very specific to the application.
If you have to make a comparison then stick to apples versus apples. For example compare M*MENTUM versus S*NNET OR C/S/T-MW-STUDIO versus HF/SS
