Hey

I am designing a circuit in .13 and 10Ghz and want a rough idea for the parasitic capacitors, any suggestions?

Parastic capacitance

for 10G frequency range, routing cap is comparable or even bigger than device cap, which need a lot of attention, using starRC to do extracted circuit simulation shall be the right way, I guess.

Re: Parastic capacitance

you might want to simulate the circuit with 6-7fF of additional routing capacitance, which means that each net within the design has at least 6-7fF.
