I tired to find "notes" to distinguish between QFN and TSSOP packages.
I mean it terms of reliability, I need my IC to be packaged for High frequency applications.
I will be grateful if one can provide links of the same.

Thanks n Regards

QFNs are the more modern package and have smaller dimension than TSSOP, smaller being best! Also QFN packages have less internal parasitics and are much better thermally.
