If we can not see the full marking code, we need other informations to find out what IC this is.
You wrote "I called company who makes the machine..", this us rather useless information for us.
Better tell us:
* the company name
* the exact machine type
Photos of the bare IC won't help. Better give additional information like:
* photo of the whole PCB
* detail photo of the parts around the broken IC
* what's connected (wired) next to the broken IC
* why this part gets damaged (wrong connection, overvoltage, overheating, water..)
* what does not work anymore (A LED, a sensor, missing supply voltage ....)
* and so on..
