IC Identification based on the data written on the IC

I have an IC, the above screen printing is:

The first rows of 3620-00
second row is the MS2PA
third row is AB0939

The package is a SOP-8.

So can anybody tell me that what is the make of this IC and from where i can get the IC and datasheet?
I want to get the info as soon as possible.

I checked and found two components. both are dual N-channel mosfet. both are prefixed by 3620.

If this is Nchannel mosfet then you can analyse thepin properties.

Shashi,i am little bit confuse because if we consider that pin no. 7 & 8 are D1 and pin no. 5 & 6 are D2 then the pin no. 5 & 6 as well as 7 & 8 should be short internally. But wheni check the continuity from multimeter then there is no continuity/shorting.
And i am using this IC in an LED DRIVER(SMPS).
I am using an external MOSFET too.
So i am confuse.
When i search this part from the internet then is no useful info regarding this IC.

Is there no other technical person who can identify this IC (LED Driver IC) ?
I think it's chinese brand IC due to which it's little bit hard to identify.
But is anybody can help me in this matter then it will be very appreciated.
