This design kit is a Spectre Compatible kit only. It has been developed using
ADS2009 Update1 and RFDE2008A Update1. It does not contain unique ADS model files (*.net)
but instead is setup to use the Spectre device model files.
The Model.inc (ADS/circuit/models) is set up to point to the corresponding
Spectre files to enable successful simulations in ADS . The same applies to
the ADSsim.include (ADS/circuit/models) that is to be used with RFDE.
