IBM iseries Laptop Battery

I have an IBM iseries Laptop, Its battery and dislplay having some problem. There is alternate lines in LCD display, Battery is not charging more than 3%.
I want the details of Battery connector for recharging with an external source. Please help to find the battery details. (NI-MH battery FRU 02k6692 of IBM iSeries Laptop).
 

I think the cells of battery has been failed, if you still wanna rescue it, you can try the 713 or 712 IC of maxim. The problem of your LCD may caused by the soft-cable, which is connect from motherboard.
