I want to discuss the contents in this file
It's about finite fields and has listed the various characteristics of finite fields
has anybody come across this article before
I mainly want to know what this is trying to say on the 5th and 6th page (66-67)
I think I will understand the further chapters only after understanding the content in these pages
The main thing that I want to know is what that table in page 67 is trying to say and how that table has been constructed
