please help me !!! i want to control I/O port on internet but know little about HTML ..so please all of you help me and give the sample for me too na thank verry much i hope you all help me.....

check microchip website for PIC18FJxx families, it can support ethernet, firmware also is available there, also get "Embedded ethernet and Ethernet complete" to know how to build control over ethernet and internet.
