Hm ... is it Christmas joke? .. but still there are months to come .

Perhaps you can find OS with Windows features suited into 256 KB of ROM and utilizing 64 KB of RAM . If you do manage that, or can prove that it is feasible - please let us know.

You won't find an embedded linux for your AVR. Something more powerful like an ARM yes.

not like windows, there is some OS for FPGA base board and some people working in this mode of tiny OS on AVR microcontroller in IRAN ,
