I need training in Ericsson Systems

Hi all

I am telecommunications engineer, I work in regulatory field in spectrum management, I am extremely interested in getting strong experience in practical field especially in Ericsson (or Motorola) equipments (in NSS or BTS or BSS, ..etc)

I tried to contact Ericsson for that purpose and they told me they dont give training on an individual basis, so anyone can help or advise what to do to make my intention come true??
