One method to find this would be.
1> Plot the ID Vs. VGS graph.
2> Take any 2 points on the curve. You get,
√ID1 = √(Kn) * (VGS1-VT) --> 1
√ID2 = √(Kn) * (VGS2-VT) --> 2
subtract eqn 1 from eqn 2.
√ID2-√ID1=√Kn*(VGS2-VGS1).
This should give you the approx. value of the Kn for a particular W/L.
