Hello Ihave a panasonic pt-56wx53g the tv just shut off by it self the fuse was blown I changed the fuse pushed power button the relay clicked once but the tv did not come on the LED light blinks I unplugged the tv then plugged the tv back in i had someone to hit the power button so I could check voltage on DC SIDE VOLTAGE was 140V then dropped down to 0 in 3 to 4 mins .
