I need help in protel DXP

i'm working on my graduation project and i wanted to know if anyone can help me on my silly problem ...
i've drawn the schematic in the Protel dxp .. and then update pcp document ..
i click validate ... it shows everything as a green check ..
except the " rossets " it shows that in a red cross ... and i dont know how to solve this problem ... any1 can help me please ?!!!

Well the red cross can mean anything you need to read what the error say's like can't find footprint or match pads the list goes on

Check if you have the right footprint for the part with the red cross
