I need converter from 9v to 12v and 9v to 5v ?

12v to 9v converter

I have cdrom old one and tape recorder. i want to play audio cd from cdrom, but i don't know to fix the power cdrom from my tape recorder. My tape have 9volt.
Any body solutions for me?
please help me!!!

In your case both regulators should be of switchmode type - better efficiency than linear.
